XtoysClub Warranty Policy

At XtoysClub, we are committed to providing high-quality products that meet your expectations. Our products are rigorously tested to ensure their reliability and performance. In the event that any issues arise, we provide the following warranty terms to protect your purchase:

1. Scope of Warranty

XtoysClub offers a limited warranty on all of its products, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, material faults, and any functional issues that are a result of normal use of the product.

2. Eligibility for Warranty Coverage

To be eligible for warranty coverage, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be purchased directly from XtoysClub or an authorized reseller.
  • The product must be in new or unused condition at the time of the warranty claim (for returned items).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required to process warranty claims.
  • The product must not show signs of misuse, damage caused by accidents, abuse, improper use, or unauthorized repairs.

3. Exclusions from Warranty Coverage

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by improper use or failure to follow the provided care instructions.
  • Damage resulting from modifications or repairs carried out by the customer or third parties.
  • Wear and tear from regular usage, including but not limited to, changes in appearance, scratches, or fading.
  • Hygiene-related issues, such as contamination or damage to products after they have been used.
  • Any products that have been intentionally damaged or subjected to misuse.

4. Return and Refund Policy

  • Defective Products: If your product is defective within the warranty period, you may return it for a full replacement or a refund. Please contact our customer service team to initiate the return process. In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs for defective items.
  • Non-defective Returns: Returns for non-defective products are not accepted unless the item is unused and unopened. Customers may return such items within 30 days of receipt, but they will be responsible for return shipping.
  • Hygiene Products: Due to health and safety regulations, used adult products (including vibrators, dildos, etc.) are non-returnable and non-refundable.

5. Process for Warranty Claims

  • Step 1: Contact our customer support team via email at Service@xtoysclub.com  with a detailed description of the issue, along with proof of purchase.
  • Step 2: If the product qualifies for a warranty claim, our team will guide you through the return process.
  • Step 3: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will offer either a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances.
  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the processing of warranty claims.

6. Replacement or Refund

In the event of a valid warranty claim, XtoysClub will, at its discretion, either:

  • Replace the defective product with an identical or similar item.
  • Provide a full refund for the purchase price of the product, excluding shipping and handling fees.
